Lineage Bank’s Community Involvement
January 31, 2022
As we mentioned in the last update to our Lineage Bank Blog, community banks invest in the communities they serve. Franklin, Tennessee, is more than just our place of work. It’s our home, and we feel strongly about supporting charitable organizations that improve the quality of life for those living in Williamson County.

Kevin Herrington, President & CEO
Kevin has been involved with several organizations throughout the course of his career. Currently, he serves as a Board Member at the Bridges Domestic Violence Center (Bridges DVC), the only domestic violence shelter in Williamson County. Bridges DVC’s mission is to help victims and survivors find a pathway to safety and independence. He also previously served as a Board member of The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County and The Payments First Regional Payments Association.

Richard Herrington, Director
In addition to assisting with the day-to-day activities of Lineage Bank and Lineage Financial Network, Richard has made it a priority to support several Williamson County foundations. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors at Williamson Medical Center Foundation and Leadership Franklin, both of which are dedicated to the betterment of the community through education and leadership activities. In addition, he was the 2018 Board Chairman at Williamson Inc. and is the current president of the Williamson County Sports Authority.

Carl Haynes, EVP, Chief Banking Officer
Carl is currently on the Board of Directors at The Williamson County Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA), which was created to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children. They aim to give every child a safe and permanent home by speaking on their behalf in courtrooms, listening to their stories, and identifying safe homes for them to live in.

Shawn Wikoff, SVP, Product & Technology Strategy
From 2016 to 2020, Shawn served as the Chairman of the Board at The Classical School of Franklin, a distinctively Christian and Classical school founded in 2010. The Board’s purpose was to provide governance, guidance on school policies, choose leadership, grow the student body, and facilitate fundraising programs.

Drake Duncan, Senior Financial Services Representative
Drake is a current Board Member of The DUI Court Foundation of Williamson County. The Foundation supports treatment in DUI Recovery Court as an alternative to incarceration for those living with addiction or substance abuse issues. 94% of all DUI Recovery Court participants have successfully completed the program for a total of more than 150 graduates.

Several members of the Lineage Bank staff are also very involved in the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development, better known as Williamson, Inc. By staying committed to the core values of leadership, education, and community, the Chamber supports residents and businesses through innovative programs, networking and educational events, beneficial services, vocal business advocacy, business growth opportunities, and more.

Whether it’s through supporting neglected or abused children, those living with substance abuse issues, survivors of domestic violence, or providing leadership and educational guidance to members of the community, the Lineage Bank staff is dedicated to making Williamson County a better place for everyone.
