Carl Haynes is a veteran in the banking industry, with over 20 years of experience serving communities in Williamson County. Haynes joined Lineage in 2021 as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer. He leads a team of local bankers with careers built on banking the residents of Middle Tennessee. Prior to joining Lineage, Carl held the position of Business & Commercial Banker for First Bank, formerly Franklin Synergy Bank. Haynes is a Nashville native and graduated from Belmont University in 2001 with a BBA in Finance.

Paul is a seasoned IT professional, bringing over two decades of extensive IT expertise from implementation to consulting. Throughout his career, Paul has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the intersection between technology and business need. His journey began in Healthcare, followed by hands-on experience in various roles across a spectrum of verticals including security consulting to many Fortune 500 companies. Over the years, he has successfully navigated the evolving landscape of information technology, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.

James B. Webb
James B. Webb
James Webb was born and raised in Atwood, TN. His family started doing business with Citizens Bank and Trust in the 1940s. James graduated from Atwood High School and University of Tennessee at Martin with a degree in political science. He also received a law degree from the University of Memphis. From 1980 to 2000, Mr. Webb served as legal counsel for the bank. He also served as an Assistant District Attorney for Carroll County.
Paul Moore
Paul Moore
In 1976, Moore began his career as a bookkeeper at Citizens Bank & Trust, a bank owned by his family since 1927. He later moved on to a teller position and advanced to CEO of the bank in 1990. He served in that role for 30 years and retired in 2020.

Paul “Mac” Bumpus is a seasoned banking professional with a career spanning several decades, marked by leadership roles that have driven operational excellence, strategic growth, and financial success across multiple institutions. Mac demonstrated a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and the achievement of financial targets. His leadership extended to his tenure as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Citizens Bank & Trust, which is now a division of Lineage Bank in Atwood, TN. Paul was instrumental in guiding the board's strategic direction, ensuring robust corporate governance, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. His experience also includes a notable period as Senior Vice President at Pioneer Bank, where he excelled in lending, credit risk management, and the development of innovative financial solutions. Paul graduated from the University of Tennessee, Martin, with a Bachelor of Science. His expertise in navigating complex challenges and his proven track record in leadership ensure that he continues to contribute meaningfully to the banking sector. Paul was appointed to the Lineage Bank Board of Directors in January 2024.
